Feature 1

The Dragon Ring is a webcomic that I created as a way to practice writing and drawing. It follows the story of three young brothers who inadvertently stumble on something rather interesting that may or may not be in the title of the comic. Two of my favorite creators are Zac Gorman and Skottie Young, both of whom tend to do funny comics that are tinged with sadness and themes of isolation. My goal is for The Dragon Ring to have a similar feel, with added themes of discovery and exploration.

Feature 2

A COUPLE OF UPDATES: Part 1 of this comic (#1-#19) was started quite a while ago—back when a few people were actually still using computers with decent screens to look at the internet. Each of those issues was intended to be a little vignette of this world and story I had imagined and didn’t really flow from one to another. A lot has changed since then, including my hopes to one day publish these comics in print. Thus, you notice after Part 1 that the comic transitions to a more conventional format that’s not quite as friendly for web viewing. It’s a big story with tons of artwork, but I hope to have the comic finished by 2025 🤞🏻😅
